Where is Longshot Pizza & Wings located?
Longshot Pizza & Wings is at 1388 Hamilton Blvd, Sioux City, IA 51103. We are on Hamilton Boulevard, a short drive from downtown Sioux City and easy to reach from Leeds, Riverside and Morningside, as well as South Sioux City, Nebraska and North Sioux City, South Dakota.
What are your hours?
We are open 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.

Do you deliver in Sioux City?
Yes. Longshot delivers across the Sioux City area, alongside carryout and dine-in. You order directly from us and a DoorDash driver brings it out, so the order stays with our kitchen rather than going through a third-party app. Your delivery area and fee are shown at checkout.
Can I order online?
Online ordering is being set up now and will run through Shift4. Until it goes live you can call (712) 274-3784, and you can sign up on our order page to be told the day it opens.
Are your wings fried?
No. Longshot wings are oven-baked, never fried. They come in seven flavors: Sriracha, Crimson Heat, Buffalo, Honey Garlic, Bourbon BBQ, Garlic Parm and Plain, listed hottest to mildest. Wings are $10 for six pieces, $18 for twelve pieces, or $17 per pound with a two-pound minimum.
What kind of pizza does Longshot make?
Longshot makes Neapolitan-style pizza. The dough is handmade every day and fermented for two days, every pie is stretched by hand, and they are fired in a brick oven running at 775 degrees. Cooking that fast and that hot is what gives the crust its blistered, puffed edge.
Is your dough made in house?
Yes. The dough is mixed by hand every day and ferments for two days before it is stretched. It is never frozen and never shipped in pre-made.
Do you use frozen ingredients?
There is no freezer on site at Longshot, so nothing is held in frozen storage. Our dough is made by hand daily and is never frozen, and our toppings come in fresh. Some products do arrive frozen from our suppliers and thaw in the cooler before they are used. It also means that when we run out of something for the day, we are genuinely out of it.
What sizes are your pizzas, and what do they cost?
Pizzas come in three sizes: 10-inch Solo, 14-inch Classic and 16-inch Party. Build-your-own is $10 for a Solo, $15 for a Classic and $20 for a Party, including one sauce and mozzarella. Specialty pies run $12 to $18 for a Solo, $18 to $27 for a Classic, and $24 to $36 for a Party. We also offer a Roman oval crust at $10, a 6-inch kids crust at $5 and a 10-inch gluten-free crust at $13.
Do you have gluten-free pizza?
Yes. A 10-inch gluten-free crust is available for $13 and can be built with any of our toppings. Our kitchen handles wheat flour, so we cannot promise a celiac-safe environment — please tell us when you order so we can take every precaution we reasonably can.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. The Classic Marg, The Roasted Med and The White Field are all vegetarian specialty pies, and the Caprese Salad is a vegetarian salad. You can also build your own: all twelve of our vegetable toppings are free on any size, and we stock vegan cheese as a charged topping.
Do you cater large orders?
Yes. We handle large orders for job sites, offices, teams, churches, parties and fundraisers across the Sioux City area. Fixed catering packages are being finalized, so for now we build large orders to your headcount and budget. Call (712) 274-3784 or use the form on our catering page.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes. We have four draft taps with pints at $6, plus cans and bottles: domestic light and domestic premium at $4, Corona Extra at $5, High Noon Hard Seltzer at $5, and Athletic Brewing Co. non-alcoholic at $5. The draft list is being finalized. Alcohol is served to guests 21 and over with valid ID.
Do you have a kids menu?
Yes. For ages 10 and under we serve a 6-inch cheese pizza at $5 or a 6-inch pepperoni pizza at $7, and both include a kids drink. You can also build a 6-inch kids crust at $5 with any toppings you like.
What comes with a wrap?
All four wraps are $10 and served cold. You can double the meat on any wrap or salad for $2. The wraps are the CBR, Chicken Caesar Salad, Mediterranean and Buffalo Chicken. Pasta salad is a separate $4 side.
