Is Longshot Pizza & Wings open?
Yes. Longshot Pizza & Wings is open at 1388 Hamilton Blvd in Sioux City, Iowa, in the building that was 1000 Degrees Pizzeria. Hours are Sunday through Thursday 11 AM to 9 PM and Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 11 PM. You can order online for carryout or delivery, or call (712) 274-3784.

Longshot Pizza & Wings is at 1388 Hamilton Blvd, Sioux City, IA 51103. We are on Hamilton Boulevard, a short drive from downtown Sioux City and easy to reach from Leeds, Riverside and Morningside, as well as South Sioux City, Nebraska and North Sioux City, South Dakota.

Are your wings fried?
No. Longshot wings are oven-baked, never fried. They come in seven flavors: Mango Habanero, Crimson Heat, Buffalo, Honey Garlic, Bourbon BBQ, Garlic Parm and Plain, listed hottest to mildest. Wings are $10 for six pieces, $18 for twelve pieces, or $17 per pound with a two-pound minimum.
What kind of pizza does Longshot make?
Longshot makes Neapolitan-style pizza. The dough is handmade every day and fermented for two days, every pie is stretched by hand, and each one is fired in a brick oven. Cooking that fast and that hot is what gives the crust its blistered, puffed edge.
Is your dough made in house?
Yes. The dough is mixed by hand every day and ferments for two days before it is stretched. It is never frozen and never shipped in pre-made.
Do you use frozen ingredients?
There is no freezer storage on site. Our dough is made daily and never frozen. Some supplier products arrive frozen, thaw safely in the cooler and are used rather than held in frozen storage.
What sizes are your pizzas, and what do they cost?
Pizzas come in three sizes: 10-inch Solo, 14-inch Classic and 16-inch Party. Build-your-own is $10 for a Solo, $15 for a Classic and $20 for a Party, including one sauce and mozzarella. Specialty pies run $10 to $18 for a Solo, $15 to $27 for a Classic, and $20 to $36 for a Party. We also offer a Roman oval crust at $10, a 6-inch kids crust at $5 and a 10-inch gluten-free crust at $13.
Do you have gluten-free pizza?
We offer a 10-inch gluten-free crust for $13. Because our kitchen handles wheat flour throughout the day, cross-contact is possible and we cannot guarantee that the finished pizza is celiac-safe. Ask about ingredient details when you order.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. The Classic Marg and The Roasted Med are vegetarian specialty pies, and the Caprese Salad is a vegetarian salad. You can also build your own: all fifteen vegetable toppings are free on any size, and vegan cheese is available as a charged topping.
Do you cater large orders?
Yes. We handle large orders for job sites, offices, teams, churches, parties and fundraisers across the Sioux City area. Fixed catering packages are being finalized, so for now we build large orders to your headcount and budget. Call (712) 274-3784 or use the form on our catering page.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes. We have four draft taps, $6 to $8 a pint depending on the beer, all from Wise I Brewing Company in Le Mars, Iowa: Relatively Easy, a 4.4% American light lager; Wise Blonde, a 5.8% blonde ale brewed with local honey; Young Goodman Brown, a 5.7% American brown ale; and The Ringo Kid, a 6.9% American IPA. We also have bottles: Bud Light and Michelob Ultra at $4 and Modelo Especial at $5, plus Good Boy Vodka Lemonade, a canned cocktail, at $5. Alcohol is served to guests 21 and over with valid ID.
Do you have a kids menu?
Yes. For ages 10 and under we serve a 6-inch cheese pizza at $5 or a 6-inch pepperoni pizza at $7, and both include a kids drink. The menu also includes a 6-inch kids crust at $5.
What comes with a wrap?
All five wraps are $10 and served on a warm or cold build depending on the wrap. You can double the meat on any wrap or salad for $2. The wraps are the CBR, Chicken Caesar Salad, Mediterranean, Buffalo Chicken and BBQ Chicken. The CBR and Buffalo Chicken can be served warm or cold, the BBQ Chicken is served warm, and the Chicken Caesar and Mediterranean are served cold. Warm wraps have the protein heated in the brick oven before it goes on. Pasta salad is a separate $4 side.
