Longshot serves a 10″ gluten-free crust for $13. You can build it any way you like — every sauce, every topping, every finisher on our menu is available on it.
How It Works
The gluten-free crust is $13 and includes one sauce and mozzarella, the same as any build-your-own pizza. Every vegetable topping is free. Meats and cheeses are $2 on a 10″. Finishers — red pepper flakes, grated parmesan, hot honey, ranch, salt, pepper, oregano — are no charge, the same as always.
Some orders come with complimentary items that contain wheat and dairy. If you are avoiding either, tell us when you order and we will leave them off.
Being Straight With You
Our kitchen works with wheat flour all day. We take real precautions with gluten-free orders, but we are one room, and we are not going to tell you otherwise.
If you have celiac disease or a serious wheat allergy, please say so when you order — on the phone, in the online order notes, or to whoever takes your order at the counter. We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot guarantee that day, and we would rather have that conversation than guess.
